1. Absolutely, I do not **need** animal proteins as in _there is no possible way to survive in a healthy fashion without it_. However animal fat and proteins have been a part of humanoid diets for a very long time. Just as there is no _need_ for animal proteins, there is no _need to avoid it_. 2014-01-01
